🔴 Al-Rayan Organization for Social Development announces the opening of applications for several vacancies under its Nutrition Project. Successful candidates will work in the targeted localities and areas listed below, in accordance with the qualifications, experience, and requirements specified for each position.

First: Available Positions and Duty Stations
The following is a breakdown of the available positions under the Nutrition Project by locality and targeted area, based on the staffing needs of each locality.
1. Kutum Locality
The targeted areas include Al-Zurayba, Kassab (J), and Tamtem, in addition to a mobile team, with a total of 16 vacancies, distributed as follows:
✅ 4 Nutrition Assistants.
✅ 4 Data Clerks.
✅ 4 Nutrition Measurers.
✅ 1 Community Mobilizer.
✅ 3 Guards.
2. Mellit Locality
The targeted areas include Hilla Hamid and Kadeel, in addition to a mobile team, with a total of 12 vacancies, distributed as follows:
✅ 3 Nutrition Assistants.
✅ 3 Data Clerks.
✅ 3 Nutrition Measurers.
✅ 1 Community Mobilizer.
✅ 2 Guards.
3. Al Tina Locality
The targeted area includes Qardaya, in addition to a mobile team, with a total of 8 vacancies, distributed as follows:
✅ 2 Nutrition Assistants.

✅ 2 Nutrition Measurers.
✅ 1 Community Mobilizer.
✅ 1 Guard.
4. Kernoi Locality
The targeted areas include Dar Maa and Harba, in addition to a mobile team, with a total of 12 vacancies, distributed as follows:

✅ 1 Community Mobilizer.

Second: Qualifications and Requirements for Each Position
1. Nutrition Assistant
- A certificate or qualification in health, nutrition, or another related health field. - Previous experience in implementing nutrition programmes. - Knowledge of the basics of malnutrition and relevant treatment and referral protocols. - Experience in fieldwork and working with local communities. - Fluency in the local language and the ability to communicate effectively with community members. - Ability to prepare reports and record data accurately. - Demonstrated commitment, integrity, respect for confidentiality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
2. Data Clerk
- A university degree or diploma in nutrition or a related field. - At least one year of practical experience in data entry and file management. Experience with humanitarian organizations or health and nutrition projects is preferred. - Ability to enter beneficiary data and accurately review daily and monthly records. - Familiarity with nutrition programmes such as OTP, TSFP, and SC is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data organization and electronic file management. - Commitment to protecting beneficiary data, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring that information is not shared with unauthorized persons.
3. Nutrition Measurer
- A minimum of a secondary school certificate. - Previous experience screening children for malnutrition. Experience in Community-Based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) programmes or nutrition campaigns is preferred. - Knowledge of the basics of malnutrition and relevant treatment and referral protocols. - Ability to perform nutritional and anthropometric measurements, including: - Mid-Upper Arm Circumference (MUAC). - Weight and height measurements. - Screening for nutritional oedema. - Fluency in the local language and the ability to communicate effectively with community members. - Ability to complete screening forms and record data accurately. - Ability to interact appropriately with children and caregivers while maintaining confidentiality.
4. Community Mobilizer
- A minimum of a secondary school certificate, or a qualification in health, nutrition, or community development. - Fluency in the local languages spoken in the targeted communities. - Previous experience in community nutrition, health awareness, or humanitarian work. - Basic knowledge of acute malnutrition and community-based nutrition programmes. - Ability to communicate effectively with mothers, caregivers, and community leaders. - Understanding of local customs and traditions, with the ability to build trust and promote community participation. - Willingness to conduct household visits, awareness sessions, and community activities in the project areas. - Professional conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
5. Guard
- A Basic Education Certificate or Secondary School Certificate. - Physical fitness appropriate to the nature of the job. - Previous experience in security and guarding. - Residence near the duty station, with the ability to commute regularly and report to work on time. - Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts and holidays when required. - Compliance with the organization's security, safety, and protection policies and procedures.

ثانياً: المؤهلات والمتطلبات الخاصة بكل وظيفة
1. مساعد تغذية (Nutrition Assistant)
- الحصول على شهادة في الصحة أو التغذية أو أي مجال صحي ذي صلة. - خبرة سابقة في تنفيذ برامج التغذية. - الإلمام بأساسيات سوء التغذية وبروتوكولات العلاج والإحالة. - امتلاك خبرة في العمل الميداني والتعامل مع المجتمعات المحلية. - إجادة اللغة المحلية والقدرة على التواصل الفعّال مع أفراد المجتمع. - القدرة على إعداد التقارير وتسجيل البيانات بدقة. - التحلي بالالتزام والنزاهة، واحترام سرية المعلومات، والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
2. مدخل بيانات (Data Clerk)
- الحصول على شهادة جامعية أو دبلوم في مجال التغذية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة. - خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة في إدخال البيانات وحفظ الملفات، مع تفضيل من لديهم خبرة في المنظمات الإنسانية أو المشاريع الصحية والتغذوية. - القدرة على تسجيل بيانات المستفيدين ومراجعة السجلات اليومية والشهرية بدقة. - يُفضّل الإلمام ببرامج التغذية، مثل: OTP، TSFP، وSC. - إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Excel وMicrosoft Word لتنظيم البيانات وإدارة الملفات الإلكترونية. - الالتزام بحماية بيانات المستفيدين والمحافظة على سريتها وعدم مشاركتها مع غير المخولين.
3. فاحص/مسؤول القياس التغذوي (Nutrition Measurer)
- الحصول على الشهادة الثانوية كحد أدنى. - خبرة سابقة في فحص الأطفال للكشف عن سوء التغذية، ويفضّل من لديهم خبرة في برامج الإدارة المجتمعية لسوء التغذية الحاد (CMAM) أو الحملات التغذوية. - الإلمام بأساسيات سوء التغذية وبروتوكولات العلاج والإحالة. - القدرة على إجراء القياسات التغذوية والجسمانية، بما في ذلك: - قياس محيط منتصف العضد (MUAC). - قياس الوزن والطول. - فحص وجود الوذمة التغذوية (Oedema). - إجادة اللغة المحلية والقدرة على التواصل مع أفراد المجتمع. - القدرة على تعبئة استمارات الفحص وتسجيل البيانات بصورة دقيقة. - حسن التعامل مع الأطفال ومقدمي الرعاية، مع الالتزام بسرية المعلومات.
4. محرك مجتمعي (Community Mobilizer)
- الحصول على الشهادة الثانوية كحد أدنى، أو مؤهل في الصحة أو التغذية أو تنمية المجتمع. - إجادة اللغات المحلية المستخدمة في المجتمعات المستهدفة. - خبرة سابقة في التغذية المجتمعية أو التوعية الصحية أو العمل الإنساني. - معرفة أساسية بسوء التغذية الحاد وبرامج التغذية المجتمعية. - القدرة على التواصل الفعّال مع الأمهات ومقدمي الرعاية وقادة المجتمع. - الإلمام بعادات المجتمع وتقاليده، والقدرة على بناء الثقة وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية. - الاستعداد لتنفيذ الزيارات المنزلية والأنشطة التوعوية والمجتمعية في مناطق المشروع. - الالتزام بالسلوك المهني والمحافظة على سرية المعلومات.
5. حارس (Guard)
- الحصول على شهادة مرحلة الأساس أو الشهادة الثانوية. - التمتع بلياقة بدنية مناسبة لطبيعة العمل. - امتلاك خبرة سابقة في مجال الحراسة والأمن. - الإقامة بالقرب من موقع العمل، مع القدرة على الوصول إليه والالتزام بالحضور المنتظم. - الاستعداد للعمل بنظام الورديات، بما في ذلك الفترات الليلية والعطلات عند الحاجة. - الالتزام بسياسات المنظمة وإجراءات الأمن والسلامة والحماية.
