Al-Rayyan Organization for Social Development Holds Its 20th Periodic Meeting Since Its Establishment
As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen humanitarian action and improve institutional performance, Al-Rayyan Organization for Social Development held its 20th periodic meeting since its establishment, attended by the Organization’s Director, Locality Directors, and Project Managers. The meeting aimed to facilitate consultation and exchange views on ways to develop humanitarian work and improve the quality of services provided to target communities.
The meeting discussed the importance of developing a new strategy that responds to the requirements of the current phase, facilitates the delivery of humanitarian services, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures an effective response to the needs of communities.
The participants also addressed the key problems and challenges facing the Organization’s employees and staff, exploring ways to overcome these obstacles and develop appropriate solutions. These efforts aim to create a conducive working environment, strengthen coordination among departments and projects, and unify efforts toward achieving the Organization’s objectives and humanitarian mission.
The meeting emphasized the importance of teamwork and adopting practical, sustainable approaches to ensure the continuity of the Organization’s activities, overcome existing challenges, and sustain its humanitarian mission of serving communities and promoting the values of solidarity and human compassion.

منظمة الريان للتنمية الاجتماعية تعقد اجتماعها الدوري رقم (20) منذ التأسيس
في إطار جهودها المتواصلة لتعزيز العمل الإنساني وتطوير الأداء المؤسسي، عقدت منظمة الريان للتنمية الاجتماعية اجتماعها الدوري رقم (20) منذ تاريخ إنشائها، بمشاركة مدير المنظمة ومديري المحليات والمشاريع، وذلك للتفاكر والتشاور حول سبل تطوير العمل الإنساني والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمعات المستهدفة.
وناقش الاجتماع أهمية وضع استراتيجية جديدة تواكب متطلبات المرحلة الراهنة، وتسهم في تسهيل تقديم الخدمات الإنسانية، وتعزيز كفاءة الأداء، وتحقيق الاستجابة الفاعلة لاحتياجات المجتمعات.
كما تناول الاجتماع أبرز المشكلات والتحديات التي تواجه الموظفين والعاملين بالمنظمة، وبحث سبل معالجتها ووضع الحلول المناسبة لها، بما يسهم في تهيئة بيئة عمل ملائمة، وتعزيز التنسيق بين الإدارات والمشاريع، وتوحيد الجهود نحو تحقيق أهداف المنظمة ورسالتها الإنسانية.
